With over 34 years in the business, Dawn brings experience, creativity, and passion to every client she serves. As co-owner of the salon, she takes pride in building bonds with her clients and helping each guest feel their best.When she's not behind the chair, Dawn loves vacationing with her husband Terry and spending time with her family. Camera in hand, she loves capturing the beauty of rainbows, sunsets, and nature around her.
Tonya Fisher
Co- owner and Stylist
Tonya is the proud co-owner of Village Salon, where she's been helping clients look and feel their best for almost three decades. With 34 years experience in the hair industry, Tonya's passion shines through in everything she does-she loves making every guest feel confident and beautiful when they leave her chair.Married to her husband Michael for 30 years, Tonya is a proud mom to two sons, Cody and Austin and a loving "Ti-Ti" to her grandchildren, Gryffin (6), Rylynn (4), and a new grandbaby arriving in February. When she's not at the salon, Tonya enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with friends. She's visited 49 of the 50 U.S. states- with Louisiana yet to go!
Ashley Shappell
Hairstylist
Ashley has been a part of The Village Salon for 22 years, beginning her career as an assistant while finishing school and growing into her role behind the chair. She loves creating new styles that inspire confidence in her clients and enjoys building lasting relationships through her work. Ashley has been happily married to Richard for 14 years, and together they have two wonderful children, Addison (11) and Reese (7). When she's not in the salon, you'll find her planning gatherings with friends and family or cheering from the sidelines at the soccer field.
Crystal Lill

Crystal has been spinning chairs since 1984, Crystal has dedicated her career to helping people look and feel their best.Married to Brent, she's a proud mom of three, grandma to eight ( with one more on the way!), and believes true beauty shines from the inside out. Her passion goes beyond great hair-she loves to make people feel beautiful both outwardly and spiritually.
Michelle Harrington
Nail technician and Stylist
Michelle has been in the beauty industry for 27 years, 13 of those year she's been at Village Salon as a nail technician. Michelle loves to turn everyday nails into works of art. She enjoys the opportunity to have one on one time with each of her clients to make them feel special.Married to Leroy for 23 years, they share 4 children and 6 grandchildren. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys crocheting, knitting, sewing and baking.
